M&D Experience was set up by a group of doctors and educators who aim to expose the reality of medical school and medical careers. We organise one day medical careers conferences usually held at well respected NHS hospitals for students who are considering a career in medicine. Our aim is not to overtly promote medicine but to arm our delegates with information so that they can make an informed choice.
